Unit 3: Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA)
Unit 3 examines the supply chain’s role in supporting Cash and Voucher Assistance programmes and leveraging markets to deliver humanitarian assistance.
Topics include:
- Market capability and reliability assessments
- Weighing CVA against in-kind delivery
- Contracting and managing service providers
- Preparing supply chain teams for CVA planning and implementation
Unit 4: Implementation & Coordination Planning
The final unit focuses on effectively implementing, coordinating, and monitoring humanitarian supply chain operations.

- Configuring supply chains for different contexts
- Meeting operational output levels and stakeholder expectations
